How can I carry Traps Eyewear at my retail location?

What is your return policy?

Thank you for wearing Traps Eyewear. Due to the unique nature of the product we only accept returns resulting from manufacturer’s defects. Please email us at info@TrapsEyewear.com within 15 days of receiving the defective product. Frames must be returned in unworn and in like-new condition to receive your full credit. Please email us at info@TrapsEyewear.com explaining any issues with your Traps Eyewear purchase and to receive authorization for a product return.

Do you offer refunds?

My glasses broke, what should I do?

Is buying online safe?

We do not collect personal information of visitors to our Web page nor information on consumers who browse our Web pages. We do collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as order or survey information and/or site registrations, name, address, shipping information, and phone.
